1. Commercial Equipment Only

All automated retail machines and products featured on this Site, including Zwirly Mini and Zwirly Vending, are sold strictly as commercial equipment. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or sale of a franchise, business opportunity, or investment. Intelivend Inc. does not provide locations, placement services, or territories, and makes no earnings or income claims.

2. Written Purchase Agreement Controls

Purchases of commercial equipment from Intelivend Inc. are governed by a separate written purchase agreement executed at the time of order. That written agreement governs pricing, delivery, installation, training, warranty coverage, software licensing, and return policies. In the event of any conflict between this Site and a signed purchase agreement, the written purchase agreement controls.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, industrial designs, graphics, and software referenced on this Site are the property of Intelivend Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelivend Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this Site.
